13-202(e): Lifeguard training certification shall be available onsite. Observed no lifeguard training certifications & was informed by a lifeguard on-site that only their management company has access.

13-190(a): All circulation system components shall function properly & be maintained in a clean condition. Observed 1/2 skimmers filled with numerous pool toys.

13-187(c): Operating permit shall be framed & displayed in conspicuous place as close to pool entrance as possible. Observed CPO certificate located away from permit, towards the back of the facility.

13-202(a)(2): Entrance gate must be able to self-close. Observed entrance gate propped open with a safety cone.

13-201(b): A shower shall be provided at each pool entrance. Observed 1 of 2 deck showers not functional.

13-187(c): The operating permit shall be framed and displayed in a conspicuous location as close to the pool entrance as possible. Observed expired permit (2023) posted near equipment room far from entrance.

13-189(c)(1): Free-chlorine shall be maintained above 3 ppm at all times. Observed FCl at 2.18. *Imminent health hazard present.

13-189(c)(1): pH shall be maintained between 7.2 - 7.8 at all times. Observed pH at 6.8. *Imminent health hazard present.

13-190(a): Skimmers must be functioning and maintained. Observed skimmers full of leaf debris. No imminent health hazard present.

13-187(c): Copy of CPO certificate shall be located near operating permit. Certificate could not be located.

13-187(c): Current inspection report shall be posted within the pool area. Could not location inspection report.

Facility lacking first aid kit 13-202(k)- Each pool shall be supplied with a readily available first aid kit equipped to treat at least 15 people and that meets OSHA requirements for that size kit. Container shall be durable and weather-resistant and kept supplied and ready for use.

• Must be mounted in a conspicuous location in the pool area OR secured by pool personnel on site knowledgeable of its whereabouts.

• If not in the immediate pool area, adequate signage shall be posted within the immediate area with a minimum 1” high lettering clearly stating the location of the kit.
