Observed automatic hand soap dispenser in disrepair. PIC stated they have hand sanitizer to use. Discussed that hand sanitizer does not replace hand washing and may only be used after washing hands with soap and warm water. COS: PIC supplied Dawn soap CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
