Observed no handwashing signage at handwashing stations in main kitchen and female bathroom. CA. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.

Observed open packages of raw beef hot dogs stored above ready to eat foods inside reach in cooler. COS Items were rearranged to prevent cross contamination. Food shall be protected from cross contamination by:
(i)separating raw animal foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from:
(I) Raw ready-to-eat food including other raw animal food such as fish for sushi or molluscan shellfish, or other raw ready-to-eat food such as fruits and vegetables, and
(II) Cooked ready-to-eat food; and
(III) Frozen, commercially processed and packaged raw animal food may be stored or displayed with or above frozen, commercially processed and packaged, ready-to-eat food.

Observed single use containers stored directly beneath handwashing sink. single-service and single-use articles shall be stored:
(i) In a clean, dry location;
(ii) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and
(iii) At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. COS single use containers were moved to a location not exposed to contamination.
