Observed scoop used to dispense bulk item, with handle submerged in contents. Advised to have In-use utensil in non-TCS food stored with handle above top of food within closed container. COS scoop was removed.

Observed build of grease and debris on hood, fryers, reach in freezer, outside of ice machine. CA. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.

Observed build up grease beneath cooking equipment in main kitchen. CA. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
