Observed rusted prep sink and 3 compartment sink at the time of inspection. CA: All food and non food contact surfaces shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up. PIC instructed not to use prep sink and 3 compartment sink until rust is removed and sinks are washed, rinsed and sanitized. Sinks in base must be cleaned/ repaired within 24 hours/
