Observed raw fish thawing improperly in vacuum sealed package in cooler. CA: Reduced oxygen packaged fish that bears a label indicating that it is to be kept frozen until time of use shall be removed from the reduced oxygen environment. COS- PIC started to remove fish from packages.

Observed frozen raw shrimp and raw fish thawing improperly in meat sink. CA: when thawing in the meat sink the raw meat must be submerged under running water. COS- PIC submerged meat under running water.
