Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with its contents. Cleaners and sanitizer shall be used according to the manufacturer’s use direction and label.

OBSERVATION: Chemicals in 3 spray bottles in a room that was being serviced by housekeeping without labels. Chemical in the slobby restroom without a label. Discussed with PIC to ensure that all chemicals removed from original container are labeled properly and to complete before the housekeeper finishes for the day
