Glass door cooler is not holding at a temperature that will allow tcs food to hold at 41F or below.
CA: 1. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule.
COS-unit placed out of service and tcs products relocated.
