13-198(b): Ventilation required in the equipment room; observed fan in room but fan was not operational, CPO was informed to repair 13-188(h)(9):minimum of 1 covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided within the pool area; observed unlined trash receptacle on pool deck

13-189(c)(1): The free-chlorine residual shall be maintained at 3-10 ppm at all times. Observed free-chlorine residual at 2.52 ppm. *Imminent health hazard corrected on site to 3.06ppm.

13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for chlorine and pH at least 2x/day. Observed logs with testing 2x/week.

13-188(h)(9): A minimum of 1 covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided within the pool area. Observed unlined trash receptacle outside of the pool area. Note: Unlined trash receptacle observed full of water and mosquito larvae.

13-189(c)(1): The free-chlorine residual shall be maintained at 3-10 ppm at all times. Observed free-chlorine residual at 1.42 ppm. *Imminent health hazard. Pool closed.

13-202(1): Tightly stretched float line shall be installed where depths exceed 5 FT. Additionally, a 4-inch non-slip tile must be installed directly beneath the entire length of the float line. Observed broken float line on pool deck. Non-slip tile also not present. *Imminent health hazard. Pool closed.

13-202(m): Lettering shall be a minimum of 3/4 inches high unless stated otherwise. No signs had "No Solo Bathing" in 2-inch-high letters.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously. Observed that the flowmeter was not working.

13-188(d)(2): Pools where depths are 5 feet or less shall have permanent "No Diving" in minimum 2-inch black letters. The "No Diving" markers were not 2 inches high.

13-202(m): Lettering shall be a minimum of 3/4 inches high unless stated otherwise. No signs had "No Solo Bathing" in 2-inch-high letters.

13-191(a): Water flow direction shall be indicated on exposed piping in filter room. No direction flow present.

13-188(d)(1) Depth markers (black letters and numbers), should be a t least 4 inches. Observed lettering on depth markers less than 4 inches.

Pool rail in disrepair. Must repair immediately .
