13-197(g) no disinfectant added by hand as the sole or primary method of adding disinfectant. Observed: large amounts of shock present on the deck, when the skimmer was opened, shock was present from when the maintenance man had added it the day before

13-189(c)(1) Free chlorine must be a minimum of 3ppm to a maximum of 10ppm *Observed Free Chlorine at 2.59.

13-202(a)(2)Entry into the pool area shall be at the shallow end of the pool through a self-closing, self-latching gate or door that has a positive-latching mechanism mounted at least 45" above the ground surface directly below the gate. Entrance gate must be able to self-close when opened 4" or more as measured from the gate latch to the latching mechanism.
