13-189(c)(1): Stabilized chlorine must be between 3.0 - 10 ppm. Observed 12.20 ppm, CPO brought levels down to 9.70 ppm on site.

13-189(c)(1): pH must be between 7.2 - 7.8. Observed pH at 7.0, CPO brought up to 7.2 on site.

13-202(c) - pool operator must maintain & keep on pool premises an updated daily log of operating information, including daily tests of chemicals & maintenance observed: pool logbook not current & had not been updated since April

17-139(a)(4) - Skimmers must have operating weirs & all other components of skimmers operating observed: weirs were removed from skimmers & recommended to CPO to replace on next visit no imminent health hazard

13-201(c)(4) - Pools with bathhouses must have functional showers observed: men's shower was operative but with low water pressure; recommended to CPO to address with property manager to be corrected by next inspection

13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain minimum required number of turnovers per day. Observed flow meter not operational

13-202(g) An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure. Observed emergency phone inoperable.

13-201(k) At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels shall be provided. No liquid soap in women's and men's restroom. CPO went out and got soap and sent a picture as proof pool will open.
