Discussed with CPO to fix the phone so it is operable as soon as possible.

Observed cloudy water in the pool around the main drain area. Therefore, main drains were not clearly visible.
13-189(c)(6): At all times when a pool is in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. The viewer shall be able to clearly distinguish the type, shape and number of openings of the main drain grates.
Discussed with CPO to allow the pool to run a cycle so the water can clear.
