13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and posted in clear view in pool area. Rules must contain at a minimum the 12 statements in the pool code. Observed that pool rules signage posted near main entrance did not have statement indicating the location of the emergency phone.
13-201(b): If no bathhouse required, a shower with tempered water shall be provided at each entrance into the pool area. Observed that deck rinse shower was not operational.

13-197(i): No disinfectant added by hand as the sole or primary method of adding disinfectant or pH control chemicals. Observed that salt cell could not get disinfectant levels to proper amount, additional method required.
13-202(c): Pool operator shall maintain and make available for inspection a daily record of operating information, and other data relevant to operation of the pool such as disinfectant levels, pH, maintenance procedures, together with additional data. Observed that pool daily record was not available during inspection.

13-189(c)(1): The free-chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained between 3 - 10 ppm. Observed free-chlorine residual at 0.76 ppm. Corrected on site to 4.7 ppm.

13-189(c)(1): The pool shall be maintained with a pH between 7.2 - 7.8 at all times. Observed pH at 8.0.
13-190(a)(7): A flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately determine flow rate. Observed meter with bobber that was stuck. CPO stated that they had a back-up that would be replaced before the next inspection.
13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for disinfectant and pH at elast 2x daily. Observed testing log missing weekends.
13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public. Observed most recent inspection report in the leasing office.
13-197(k): All pools shall have safe, secure storage for chemicals. Observed chemicals on the floor of the pump room. Advised to move to pallet or shelf.

19-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four turnovers per day, or one turnover every six hours. Observed the flow meter not operating properly.
