Observed the high temp dish machine in-use unable to reach a minimum of 160*F. CA: Advised PIC 1. Meet the requirements as specified in 40 CFR 180.2020 Pesticide Chemicals Not Requiring a Tolerance or Exemption from Tolerance-Non-food determinations. COS: PIC remade the solutions during time of inspection to 100PPM

Upon arrival observed time stamp for eggs stored above the grill past the discard time. CA:Advised PIC The food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control. COS: PIC discarded eggs and placed new ones along with the 4 hour holding time

CA : Advised PIC Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS : Jewelry was removed and employees washed there hands and changed gloves during time of inspection

Observed expired CFSM posted during time of inspection. CA: Advised PIC a CFSM certificate which has expired, been revoked or suspended shall not be posted in the facility. COS: PIC provided proper certification during time of inspection food service establishment

Observed no paper towel stored inside the dispenser at the hand sink located in the back of house. CA: Advised PIC each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with paper towel. COS: PIC replaced paper towel during time of inspection

Observed high levels of chlorine sanitizer (200PPM) inside the sanitizer bucket near the hand sink. CA: Advised PIC chlorine used shall be maintained between 50-100PPM. COS: PIC remade chlorine sanitizer bucket to 50PPM during time of inspection

Observed handle stored down inside hash browns inside the prep top. CA: Advised PIC the handle shall be stored facing upward. COS: PIC removed utensil and placed at dish sink to be washed and sanitized during time of inspection
