(THIS VIOLATION IS FROM THE BASE OF OPERATION INSPECTION DATED 5/15/25): Observed multiple live small flies throughout the facility, mainly concentrated in the back area near the floor drains. CA: The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises. Advised to contact a licensed pest control operator. Also suggested scrubbing out drains routinely.
