Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.Observed test kit for Ammonia Quat used at 3 compartment sink and sani buckets was not provided and chlorine sanitizer was not observed being dispensed in correct concentration at dishwasher, concentration could not be determined via use of Chlorine test strip. Person in Charge was advised to obtain a Ammonia Quat test kit and have dishwasher serviced by a technician by 4/10/26 and email service invoice and picture of test kit to inspector.
