13-190(a)- all circulation equipment ( not including pumps for this section) Shall function properly and be maintained in a clean condition. Observed inlet cover missing in pool surface. Cover must be replaced within 72 hours and confirmation picture shall be provided to health department.

13-188(h)(3)- The required deck shall be unobstructed in all directions and shall be constructed at the same elevation as the outside edge of the coping. Observed pool deck uneven. Observed several tripping hazards. All tripping hazards shall be repaired by the next routine pool inspection.

13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four-hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four turnovers per day or one turnover every six hours. Observed flow meter reading below required turnover at 100. Must read at at least 138.
