13-201(b) A shower with tempered water with a temperature range maintained between 70F and 104F. Advised to turn on water heater for deck shower closest to the pool.

13-202(i) Each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP. Observed chemical emergency evacuation plan, emergency crisis plan, water rescue and injury emergency plan, and drill procedures for emergency situations missing from EAP. CPO took picture of EAP template.

13-189(c)(1) - The free-chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be no less than 3ppm. Observed the free-chlorine residual at 0.29ppm.

13-197(i) - No disinfectant added by hand as the sole or primary method of adding disinfectant. Observed CPO hand-feeding Clorox into the pool. COS: CPO stopped pouring Clorox into the pool. Advised CPO that if he is caught again doing that, he and the property manager will be issued a tickets.

13-197(a) The water in each pool shall be continuously chemically treated with an approved disinfecting agent with associated approved equipment. Observed chlorinators filled with chlorine tablets, but unable to chlorinate the pool. Advised to fix chlorinators so that chlorine can be added into the pool by approved chlorinators.

13-190(a) All circulation equipment must be maintained. Observed missing inlet cap. Advised to replace missing inlet cap.
