2 - self-closing / self-latching gates
13-202(a)(2) - Entry into the pool area shall have a working self-closing, self-latching gate. Gate was not operational.
10 - pump: approved, maintained and operating
13-190(a) - All circulation components must function properly and be maintained at all times. CPO informed me that pumps were not working.
19 - adequate turnover rate
13-205(b)(1) - Equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24-hour basis to reach required turnover rate (6)
28 - flow meter: appropriate range and location
13-190(a)(7)- Circulation rate did not meet requirement for pool (227)
13 - float line in position
13-202(i) - Floats should be space no more than 7' apart so to prevent movement.
17 - skimmers/gutters maintained and operable
13-190(a) - All circulation system components shall function properly and be maintained in a clean condition. Skimmers were unclean and non-operational.
16 - pool deck: maintained, unobstructed and clean
13-188(h)(4) - Deck shall not retain any standing water greater than 1/8' in depth or greater than 1 sqft for 20 minutes
22 - signs: peak occupancy/pool/spa/signs legible and in clearview
13-202(m) - Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and conspicuously posted. Missing bather load sign.
31 - dressing showers: clean, maintained, hot and cold water available
13-184(e)(5) - Imminent health hazard due to men's bathhouse not being maintained & operational. (Non-Sanitary)
