5 - emergency phone operational and accessible
13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure. No cellphones! Emergency phone inoperable.
6 - proper disinfectant level
Chlorine initially read 0.88 ppm, so I called the CPO who sent over a pool tech to correct it. Final reading read 3.75 ppm.
19 - adequate turnover rate
13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of 4 turnovers per day, or one turnover every 6 hours for standard pools. Flow meter read 50 gpm instead of required 116.66 gpm.
36 - daily recordkeeping: water testing and self inspection performed
13-202(c): Each pool operator shall maintain and make available for inspection onsite upon request a daily record of operating information, together with other data as may be required for each pool relative to operation of the pool. No pool log available on site upon request.
15 - depth and no diving markers, step marking; installed and contrasting
13-188(d)(1): Permanent, slip-resistant, easily-readable depth markers at least 4 inches high; black letters and numbers on a white background indicated in feet and inches. Depth markers on deck read 3 1/2 ft.
29 - toilets & lavatories: clean, maintained, and stocked
13-201(k): At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels shall be provided and stored in appropriate dispensers conveniently accessible to users. No paper towels or liquid soap in women's bathroom.
