13-187(c): a copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit; at time of inspection, the certificate was not displayed (though the CPO's information was posted).
13-202(m): safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and posted in the pool area; at time of inspection, it was observed that different signs have different bather loads (178 and 302, while the state DHD system lists the bather load as 186)

13-188(f): all steps shall have handrails anchored in the bottom step; observed at time of inspection that two of the three grab rails are slightly loose (not to any extreme extent and not warranting a failing permitting at this time) and may need to be more tightly secured in the future
