13-189(c)(1) The free-chlorine in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than three parts per million (3ppm) at all times. Observed the free-chlorine reading at 0ppm.

13-189(c)(1) The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with pH level between 7.2-7.8. Observed the pools pH reading at 8.1.

13-205(b)(1) The pool's turnover rate was 9.3 hours

13-201(c)(4) Deck shower did not have any hot water

13-189(c)(6) The pool's water must be clear enough to see the pool's bottom

13-191(a) None of the piping in the pump room were labled correctly

13-201(c)(3) There was no hot water in the in restrooms. The restrooms were also being used for storage as well.

13-201(b) The deck showers had no hot water, and there was debris clogging the drain.

13-202: pool must have self-closing, self-latching gates. -gate facing the tennis courts does not self latch.

13-189(c)(1): water shall be clear enough to see the main drains at the deepest part of the pool. -water very cloudy and discolored.

13-2\189(c)(1): chlorine shall be kept between 3 ppm and 10ppm at all times when pool is open. -fcl was measured at 0.16ppm.

13-202(d): pool buoy ring needs to be tied to a rope. -no rope observed

13-190(a)(7): functional flow meter must be installed. -flow meter not working or flow was too low to move the marker.

13-202(l): float line must have floats spaced no more than 7' apart. -no floats on float line -CPO said the ordered replacements

13-201(k): toilets need toilet paper.

13-202: EAP is missing fecal incident section.

Chlorine was less than the specified requirement. Chloring level was corrected on site. First reading: 2.19 Second reading: 4.66

Pool had a turnover rate of 100gpm which did not meet the required number of turnovers according to code.

13-189(c)(6): at all times shall the water be of such clarity that the main drains are clearly visible from the deck. The water was very cloudy and the main drains weren't visible.

13-202(m): safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and shall be conspicuously posted in the pool area. A paper with the proper signage has been issued to them.

13-201(c)(3): tempered water shall be between 70 degrees Fahrenheit and 104 degrees Fahrenheit and shall be provided in each bathroom. There is no warm water.

13-201(j): an adequately sized, covered, and lined trash receptacle shall be provided in men's and women's sanitary area. There were not any trash cans where the toilets were.

13-189(c)(1): free chlorine residual must be between 3.0-10.0ppm. It was tested at 0.17ppm and 0.18ppm.

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the required 4 turnovers per day. GPM was at 85 and needs to be at 194.

13-202(m): safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and shall be conspicuously posted in the pool area. A paper with the missing highlighted statements has been issued.

13-202(g): an operable hard-wired weathered phone shall be placed in the pool area and working.

13-202(i): a float line shall be installed across the pool where depths exceed 5 feet. There was not a float line

13-201(k): a minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be provided in men and women's bathrooms
