Observed rusted shelving inside the main kitchen.

Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions.

Observed employee with no beard guard/restraint.

Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch.

Observed multiple food items stored uncovered inside reach in cooler. COS items were covered with food grade wrap.

Observed two pans of bacon, pan of sausage, and pooled eggs stored uncovered inside the reach in cooler. COS pans were covered.

Facility has not paid 2023 food service permit. Provided a copy of the invoice, needs to be paid no later than 5.23.2023.
