13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required turnover rate. Pool was observed at 180Sch40 and should be 194Sch40.

13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration no less than 3ppm and shall not exceed 10ppm. Pool was observed at 1.6ppm.

13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required turnover rate. Pool was observed at 100GPM and should be reaching 195GPM.

13-202(b): The pool operator shall be responsible for the operation of the pool and be trained in a pool operator course approved by the department. Observed no certification for pool operator. Previously informed that certification would be needed to keep pool open.

13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit. Pool operator certification not available. Advised to contact pool company.
