13-202(g)-Observed the emergency phone was not operating. Discussed with the person in charge that an operable, hard wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed on a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure.

13-189(c)(1)- Observed the free chlorine level at the pool at 1.36ppm. Discussed with the person in charge that for outside pools a free chlorine residual shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3ppm at all times and should not exceed 10ppm.

13-190(a)- Observed the turnover rate at 0gpm. Discussed with the person in charge that the flowmeter shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required turnover every 6 hours for pools.

13-190(a)(7)- Observed the flowmeter in the pumproom is not working. Discussed with the person in charge that an adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM) shall conspicuously located.
