13-196(a)(4) - Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and operating weir or other departmentally approved means of providing effective skimming. Skimmers are obstructed with leaves and debris at the time of inspection.

13-202(d) - Each pool shall be provided with a Shepard's hook attached to a non-telescoping pole with a minimum length of 14' and made with a blunt end. At the time of the inspection Shepard's hook is observed laying on the ground.

13-202(d) - Each pool shall be provided with a Coast Guard approved lifesaving ring having an outside diameter of 15-24' firmly attached to a 1/4-3/8 diameter throwing rope that is long as 1 1/2 times the max width of the pool or 50' (whichever is longer). Rope is observed as damaged and shorter than requirement.

13-196(a)(4) - Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and operating weir. Catch buckets are observed with a heavy accumulation of leaves and debris.

13-202(i) - Each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP. The EAP shall include: chemical emergency plan, emergency crisis, water and recue & injury and drill procedures and other emergency plans and safety programs. Template was emailed to management prior to appointment.

13-184(e)(5) - Unsecured handrails are considered an imminent health hazard. COS handrail is secured.

13-202(i) - Each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP. COS EAP template is updated.

13-187(c) The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place easily readable by the public at all times.
