Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a bottle of ketchup sitting in the hand sink in the main kitchen upon arrival. COS: Food employee removed bottle of ketchup from the hand sink.

CA: Post a valid permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. Observed an expired/unpaid food permit displayed in the food establishment for public view. Issued a Notice of Violation for permit fees.

CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observed water sitting at the bottom of the prep top cooler.
