13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed. Observed wallet-sized CPO certificate on display. Please display original, full-sized, certificate so the information listed is readable.

13-190(a): All circulation components shall function properly in a clean condition. Observed 2/3 skimmer baskets filled with debris & pool toys. CPO corrected on-site and skimmers were freed of debris.

13-189(c)(2): Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100 ppm. Conducted cyanuric acid tests two separate times and observed readings of 122 and 106 ppm. Cyanuric acid levels must be restored before pool can re-open.

13-187(c): A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed. Observed CPO certificate displayed in appropriate location, but had difficulty reading the information displayed, as the certificate was printed on a small sheet of paper (approx. smaller than the size of a standard business card).

13-198(b): Ventilation of fresh make-up air must be provided for all equipment rooms. Observed ventilation system not functional.

13-202(a)(2): Entry to pool area shall be through self latching and self closing gates. Observed one entrance gate not self-latching.

13-189(c)(2): Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Observed cyanuric acid level of 231.

13-190(a): All circulation components shall function properly and be maintained in clean condition. Observed skimmers full of leaves. Corrected on site. No imminent health hazard present.

13-189(b): Approved backflow prevention must be provided on all water lines. Observed hose submerged in pool supplying water. Corrected on site. CPO informed there must be an air gap.

13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for pH and chlorine 2x/day. Observed logs with testing 2x/week.

13-189(c)(2): Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Observed levels at 131ppm.

13-201(c)(3) 1 lavatory with tempered water with a temperature range of 70 F to 104 F shall be provided for each 100 men and women. Observed water pressure drastically decrease when turning on hot water. No imminent health hazard observed in restrooms.

13-201(k): An adequate supply of soap, paper towels, and toilet paper shall be provided in restrooms. Observed no paper towels in women's restroom.

13-190(a) Pool equipment shall obtain a minimum of one turnover every 6 hours. Flow meter showed 0 GPM (inoperable).

13-189(c)(2): Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Observed: 118ppm.

13-184(e)(5): Unsecured handrails considered an imminent health hazard-safety hazard. One ladder is completely secured while the other ladder is not screwed into the pool wall.

13-201(c)(3) 1 lavatory with tempered water with a temperature range of 70 F to 104 F shall be provided for each 100 men and women. Observed no hot water for sinks.

13-190(a)(7) An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute. Flow meter not working at time of inspection.

13-187(c) A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit. Certificate identified expired August 2022. Operator assured me training was already completed and he's awaiting certificate.
