Observed time/temperature control safety food whole milk and fat free milk was stored on the countertop and the recorded temperature was 49F and 61F.Please see the temperature log for out temp food, marked with asterisks. CA: Discussed with the person in charge that time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below for cold holding.

Observed 5 carton of oat milk and 2 boxes of paper cups were directly stored on the floor near the entrance of the main kitchen. CA: Discussed with the person in charge that food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor.
