CA: Discussed with the person in charge that a chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation such as quaternary ammonium compound is used, it should be at least 200 ppm. COS: Person in charge made the sanitizer again and the available Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm.
