19 - adequate turnover rate
13-205(b)(1): Equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain minimum required number of 1 turnover every 6 hours for standard pool. Turnover rate as shown by flow meter was 75 gpm instead of required 86.11 gpm.
36 - daily recordkeeping: water testing and self inspection performed
13-189(c)(4): Pool water shall be tested for disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times each day or as often as necessary if circumstances warrant, including prior to opening and during peak bathing loads. Observed that pool log only had 1 recorded test every few days for the month of May.
15 - depth and no diving markers, step marking; installed and contrasting
13-188(d)(1): Permanent, slip-resistant easily-readable depth markers at least 4 inches high; black letters and numbers on a white background indicated in feet and inches when applicable. Depth markers indicate 3 1/2 ft instead of 3 feet 6 inches. Depth markers on deck have tan background instead of white.
31 - dressing showers: clean, maintained, hot and cold water available
13-201(c)(4): 1 shower with tempered water with a temperature range between 70 degrees Farenheit and 104 degrees Farenheit shall be provided for each 100 men or women. No hot water for men or women's showers.
