Observed the flow rate at 90gpm. The equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24- hour basis to obtain the minimum required of 4 turnover per day, or one turnover every 6 hours. For a 37,000 gallon pool, the minimum flow rate is 103 gpm.

13-189(a) The water in pool shall be continually chemically treated with an approved disinfecting agent, with associated approved equipment, whereby the residual can easily be measured. The chlorine residual reading was low and chlorinator was not working at time of inspection.
