13-189(c)(6): at all times, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains are clearly visible from the deck. Observed that the main drains were not clearly visible from the deck. Corrected on-site by CPO, who turned on feature pump, which restored water clarity after a few minutes.

13-189(c)(1): an approved test kit shall be used by the CPO to test chemical levels. Observed that CPO's testing kit still is not complete with up-to-date, non-expired testing chemicals.

13-190(a)(8): pools equipped with heaters shall have a thermometer designed for use in the pool and which can be viewed by bathers Observed that spa thermometer was not working.

13-189(c)(1): Bromine levels must be maintained between 3ppm - 8ppm. Observed bromine reading of 9.3ppm.

13-189(c)(1): the pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH level between 7.2 - 7.8. Observed pH level at 7.1.

13-187(c): the current inspection must be placed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable. It was not posted anywhere in the pool area.

13-189(a)(5): all pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming. The surface of the pool need to be brushed due to staining and there is sand at the bottom of the pool.

13-189(c)(1): Bromine levels must be maintained between 3-8 ppm. Observation: Initially bromine was 0.9. After adjustment it went to 11.6.

13-189(c)(1): The pool shall maintain an alkaline condition at all times with a pH between 7.2-7.8. Observation: pH was 6.6. After adjustment it went to 7.0.

13-190(a): equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain minimum required turn over of 1/2 an hour. Observation: Flow meter is not showing a reading. CPO will replace it. Flow metr must be 1.5x of turnover rate (30 gpm). Max value should be 45 gpm.

13-202(m): Rules must contain at a minimum the 12 statements in the pool code. Observation: No food or drink allowed sign is missing.

13-184(h): permit holder or designee shall have a procedure called "recommended Procedures for Managing Fecal Accidents or Contamination With Vomitous or Blood in Swimming Pool". Observation: No such procedure found.
