13-189(c)(4) Pool water shall be tested for disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times each day including prior to open and during peak bathing loads. Observed that daily pool log indicated pool was not tested 2 times daily but tested twice weekly.
13-187(c) Operating permit shall be framed and displayed in conspicuous place as close to entrance as possible such that it is easily readable by public at all times Observed that last years operating permit was displayed; Current permit was not available on site.

13-202(a)(2) Entry into pool area shall be at shallow end of the pool through self closing, self latching gate or door. Observed that side door into the pool area does not self latch.
13-189(c)(1) Free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at 3 ppm to 10 ppm at all times(OUTSIDE POOLS ONLY) Observed that chlorine tested at 0.55 out of mandatory range.

13-190(a) Equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain minimum required number of 4 turnovers per day Observed that flow meter was at 30 gpm however for a pool of this size(21000g), the required turnover rate is 58 gpm.

13-202(c): Each pool operator shall maintain and make available a daily record of operating information including data on disinfectant levels and pH. Observed that the daily records log was not completed consistently and indicated pool was not being tested twice daily.

Observed restrooms at facility were not maintained in a sanitary condition and also were not functional due to a lack of running water.
13-201(c)(4): If there is a bathhouse:1 shower, with tempered water with a temperature range between 70- and 104-degrees Fahrenheit shall be provided for each 100 men or women. Observed restrooms and dressing showers did not have access to hot water.

Observed that facility did not have emergency action plan.
