Upon arrival observed an employee texting on his phone while on the line. CA: Employees shall maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness and shall use good hygienic practices during all working periods in the food service establishment. COS: Employee voluntarily removed the phone from the line and washed his hands. Sanitized the contaminated area.

Observed an unclean coffee cup in a handwashing sink in the main food service area.

CA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

COS: PIC voluntarily removed the unclean cup so that the handwashing sink is accessible and only used for hand washing purposes.

Observed orange residue inside of the ice machine in the area that comes in contact with ice and is used for drinks.

CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.

PIC will clean and sanitize the area in the ice machine and provide photos by 4/7/25.

Observed no most current inspection report available and displayed in the facility.

CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
