Observed emergency phone was inoperable during inspection.

13-202(g) An operable, hard wired, weatherproof telephone with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure.

13-188(d)(1): Permanent Slip resistant, easily readable depth markers at least 4 inches high. Must be black letters and numbers on a background in feet and inches.

Observation: No depth markers on the pool surface/deck. Only markers present are inside the pool wall/waterline.

113-188(d)(2): At shallow portions of the pool "No Diving" must be minimum 2 inches tall.

Observation: No diving markers present.

Code: V;13-188(d)(2) Code says that "No Diving" markers must be kept at depths of minimum of five feet or less and must be consistent around all perimeters of the pool. Obs: "No diving" observed to be inadequate sizing and location. Must be at least 4 inches high.

13-188(d)(2): At shallow portions of the pool, there shall be "No Diving" in minimum 2 inch letters. "No diving" can only be used in conjunction with words. obs: "No diving" observed to be smaller than 2 inches tall.

13-188(h)(4): Decks shall not retain any standing water greater/longer than 20 minutes. Obs: Multiple wet areas that are significant in size. Some areas have darkened due to prolonged wetness.

13-189(c)(1): Chlorine shall be measured at range of 3-10. Obs: chlorine was measured at 2.90.

13-189(c)(2): pH must be measured at range of 7.2-7.8. Obs: pH was measured at 8.0.
