Observed a soda machine nozzle with dark debris. CA: Surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is not time/temperature control for safety food shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. COS: PIC voluntarily washed and sanitized all the soda machine nozzles.

Observed dust buildup on the vent cover above walk in cooler. CA: Ventilating, and air conditioning systems shall be designed and installed so that make-up air intake and exhaust vents do not cause contamination of food, food-contact surfaces, equipment, or utensils.
