Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed no EPA list G registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus. CA: A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter (from base inspection)
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed no food-contact surface sanitizer. CA: . A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation at contact times specified under subsection (8)(b)3 of this Rule shall meet the requirements specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.07(6)(g), shall be used in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered label use instruction (from base inspection)

Observed oat milk that expired 2/18/26 and 2/23/26. COS: oat milk discarded. CA: Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date (from base inspection)
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(l) - removing dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pest (c)
Observed dead flies on window seal. CA Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests (from base inspection)
16C - sewage and waste water properly disposed
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(4)(f),(g) - removing mobile food service wastes; flushing a waste retention tank (pf) (c)
Observed no wastewater hose for proper wastewater disposal at base of operation. CA: Sewage and other liquid wastes shall be removed from a mobile food service unit at an approved waste servicing area in such a way that a public health hazard or nuisance is not created. Pf
(g) Flushing a Waste Retention Tank. A tank for liquid waste retention shall be thoroughly flushed and drained in a sanitary manner during the servicing operation.

Observed no inspection report posted. CA: At food service establishments with no primary or public door, the current inspection report shall be prominently displayed at all times where the documents can be read by the public from a distance of one foot away. If requirements of this paragraph are not possible because of physical restrictions, a location will be determined as approved by the Health Authority (from base inspection)
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed only reach in cooler used to hold TCS foods unable to maintain temps 41F or below. CA: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair. Discussed setting freezer to temp that will not freezer milks/creamers since that is holding temps day of inspection and to not use the cooler portion until it is able to maintain 41F or below.
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(g)1,2 - storage areas, rooms, and receptacles, capacity & availability (c)
Observed no trash receptacle in base. CA: An inside storage room and area, and outside storage area and enclosure, and receptacles shall be of sufficient capacity to hold refuse, recyclables, and returnables that accumulate. 2. A receptacle shall be provided in each area of the food service establishment or premises where refuse is generated or commonly discarded, or where recyclables or returnables are placed (from base inspection)
