13-190(a): the equipment shall operate on a 24 hour basis for 4 turnovers per day. GPM was at 950 and needed to be at around 1000

13-202(a)(1): each pool is required to have an effective barrier. Part of the fence is leaning and the poll is not secured.

13-202(a)(2): the entrance gate must be able to self close. The gates do not self close

13-190(a): pumps shall function properly and be maintained and the pumps are leaking water. Water is causing pump room to be muddy.

13-202(e): needs qualified lifeguards. Asked CPO where the lifeguard certifications are he said he didn't have them and couldn't find them

13-202(c): there must be daily record keeping in a log book. CPO refused to show me the log book.

13-188(h)(3): the required deck shall be unobstructed in all directions. there are nails that need to be screwed in and open holes in the pool deck.

13-202(m): safety rules and regulation shall be easily readable. The no lifeguard on duty sign isn't 4 inches and needs to be

13-189(a)(5): all pools shall be kept free of dirt and sediment. The pool has staining and there is dirt at the bottom of the pool/

13-197(k): chemical vaults or storage containers must not allow a person to enter. The container was left open.

13-191(a): all valves and piping shall be labeled and only the return and backwash were labeled. Told CPO twice to label and he did not.

13-184(e)(5): Imminent health hazard if the sanitary facilities are not functional. there are holes in the bathroom walls, piping exposed, and urinals not placed in walls.

13-201(c)(4): barely not water in men's bathrooms and showers not maintained piping exposed
