13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty four hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four turnovers per day, or one turnover every six hours. Flow meter did not meet these standards.

13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris yb frequent brushing and vacuuming of the bottom and sidewalls. Visible scum shall be removed immediately.

13-190(a)(7) An adequately sized flow meter must be installed on the return line to correctly indicate the circulation rate in GPM. There was no flow meter on the return line.

13-189 (c)(1) Free chlorines in all parts of the pool must be at least 3 ppm and can not exceed 10 ppm. The chlorine levels were observed at 0.15 ppm

13-189 (c)(1) The pool needs to be maintained in a alkaline condition with a pH level between 7.2 - 7.8. The pH was observed at 6.3

13-191(a) All valves and piping in the equipment must be labeled and water flow must be indicated on the piping in the filter room. It was observed that the pipping was not labeled.
