13-201(1) a covered and lined trash receptable shall be provided in each sanitary facility area. Observed: the trash cans in the restrooms do not have lids

13-187(c) the current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place. Observed: the inspection report is currently in the equipment room

13-189(a)(5) all pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris. Observed: moderate amount of dirt and debris present

13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously to obtain the minimum turnover rate of 113gpm every six hours. Turnover rate was at 70gpm at time of inspection.

13-201(b) A shower with tempered water with temperature ranging between 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 104 degrees Fahrenheit shall be provided. No hot water at time of inspection.

13-202(g) An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access shall be installed in a conspicuous place and available at all times within the pool enclosure. Telephone not working at time of inspection.
