13-201(b): A shower with tempered water between 70F and 104F shall be provided at each pool entrance. Observed no deck shower present.

13-201(c)(4): 1 Shower with tempered water between 70F and 104F shall be provided for each 100 women and men. Observed no dressing room showers.

13-188(h)(9): A minimum of 1 covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided and placed conveniently in the pool area.

13-198(b): Ventilation of fresh make up air must be provided for all equipment rooms. Observed no ventilation system in the equipment room.

13-202(i): Pool shall have a departmentally approved Emergency Action Plan(EAP). Observed EAP missing CDC fecal/vomit clean-up procedures.

The toilets were not well stocked.

Pool is under a tree canopy. Debris from the canopy littered the deck and pool.

The restrooms were dirty and not stocked. The CPO addressed this violation on site. The water in the restrooms also failed to get warm before the CPO turned on the water heater.

There was a lack of prudent phone numbers of staff on the premises.

13-189(c)(1): the pH shall be between 7.2-7.8. It was recorded at 8.0. It was later COS to 7.4

13-202(i): float line must be installed to indicate where depths reach over 5 feet. The float line was not set up in the pool but CPO fixed it and set the float line where it needs to be

13-201(k): at all times, an adequate supply of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels must be stocked in the bathrooms. The men's is missing paper towels
