13-193(a): Sand filters shall have an adequately sized in-line sight glass on the backwash line. Observed no sight glass.

13-201(k): An adequate supply of liquid body soap shall be provided to bathers at all times. Observed no liquid body soap in either restroom - instructed board member to get soap before opening. No IHH at this time.

13-202(g): An operable, hard wired phone with 911 access will be readily available at all times. Observed emergency phone not functional and kept in lifeguard room. Advised CPO and board member that a sign stating phones location is required.

13-189(c)(1): Free chlorine residual must be maintained at 3-10ppm at all times. Observed FCL of 10.38ppm.

13-189(c)(1): pool shall be maintained at a pH of 7.2-7.8 at all times. Observed pH of 8.

13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with a coast guard approved lifesaving ring attached to a rope handle. Observed rope handle broken and fraying.

13-202(d): Additional sets of lifesaving equipment for pools longer than 50ft. are required. Observed only 1 set of lifesaving equipment.

13-196(a)(4): each skimmer shall have properly designed and operating weir. Obs: CPO added weirs to 5/7 skimmers.

13-184(e)(5): Unsecured handrails imminent health hazard. Obs: CPO tightened handrail in the deep end.

13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations shall contain minimum 12 statements. Obs: Sign is missing "telephone is located____", "no animals", "no running" and bather load & hours of operation. Provided CPO with copy of rules.

13-201(b): A shower with tempered water with range of 70-104 degrees shall be provided. Obs: No hot water in deck rinse.

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free of sediment, dirt, or debris by frequent brushing/vacuuming of bottom & sidewalls. Obs: Visible leaves/pine twigs at bottom of pool-- mainly in deeper end.

13-198(b): Enclosure must be ventilated with outside air by a chlorine-resistant exhaust fan with vents located a max of 4 inches above floor level, equipped with automatic louvers to achieve cross-flow ventilation. Obs: No exhaust fan present.

13-202(a)(2) entrance gate must be able to self close when open 4" or more as measured from the gate latch to the latching mechanism. Observation: entry gate is not self closing at 4".
