13-189(c)(1) The free-chlorine (c)(1) If stabilizing agents are used (outside pools only) a free-chlorine residual shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than three parts per million (3ppm) at all times. Observed free-chlorine residual reading as 1.56 ppm.

13-190(a)(7) An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM); shall be consciously located. Observed no flow meter in pump room.

13-201(c)(4) If there is bathhouse:1 shower, with tempered water with a temperature range between 70F and 104F shall be provided for each 100 men or women. Observed no hot water available in women's or men's restrooms.

13-187(c) The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times upon entry into the pool area. Observed previous inspection report not posted.
