13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed.

Observation: Couldn't get a reading on second flow meter because indicator was above max value. The max value should be 270. Max value observed to be 140.

13-188(d)(1): Permanent, slip-resistant, easily- readable depth markers shall be indicated in feet and inches.

Observation: The depth marker between the handrails read "4 1/2". It needs to state 4 ft 6 in. Markers on the waterline read "3 1/2 ft". It should state 3ft 6in.

13-201(k): Each bathroom shall have a diaper changing table/station.

Observation: No diaper changing table/station. Diaper changing table found only in the womens side of the "stretch room".

13-202(a)(3): When pool is not open for use, access to the pool area shall be secured/prohibited by the closing & securing of all entry points.

Observation: The gate self closes, but it does NOT self-latch or self-lock.

Observation: Flow meter indicator is stuck. Couldn't get a flow meter reading.

13-201(k): Each bathroom shall have a diaper changing table/station.

Observation: No diaper changing table/station.

13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of one turnover every six hours.

3-188(d)(1) Depth markers on pool deck and inside pool wall must be in feet and inches. Observed 1/2 feet markers.

13-187(c) the current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times upon entry into the pool area. Observed the most recent inspection report not posted.

Per DeKalb County pool code 13-202(i), Each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approve Emergency Action Plan (EAP). A written copy of the EAP shall be located to allow for immediate access in case of emergency. The EAP shall include a "Chemical Emergency Evacuation Plan," an "Emergency Crisis Plan," a "Water Rescue and Injury Emergency Plan," a "Drill Procedure for Emergency Situations," and other plans and safety programs.
