13-202(d): Pool shall have a coast guard approved lifesaving ring firmly attached to a 1/4"-3/8" diameter throwing rope as long as 1 1/2 times max pool width, or 50 feet, whichever is longer. Observed life ring without throwing rope.

13-190(a): equipment shall be operated to obtain a minimum turnover rate of 1 every 6 hours. The minimum flow meter reading for a 6 hour turnover rate for this pool is 117gpm. Observed flow meter at 60 gpm.

13-202(m): safety rules must have minimum 12 required statements. Observes rules sign missing several statements, provided CPO with required statements list.

13-201(k): an adequate supply of liquid body soap shall be provided in dressing showers at all times. Observed no body soap.

13-196(a)(4): Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and operating weir for skimming. Observed a dead mouse in skimmer.

13-201(k): At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels shall be provided and stored in appropriate dispensers conveniently accessible to users. Observed no soap or paper towels and bathrooms need to be cleaned.

13-187(c):The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times. Observed last years inspection was only posted.
