Observed the hand sink behind the bar obstructed by a mini freezer. CA: Advised PIC . A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. COS: Bartender relocated the freezer during time of inspection

Observed 2 spray bottles stored on the hand sink behind the bar. CA: Advised PIC A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: PIC removed spray bottles

Observed 4 spray bottles without any labels. CA: Advised PIC Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. COS: PIC labeled the containers during time of inspection

Observed dust debris build-up along the fans inside the walk-in cooler. CA: Advised PIC Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Observed debris build-up on the green racks inside the walk-in cooler. CA: Advised PIC Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
