C/A:Entry into the pool area shall be at the shallow end of the pool through a self-closing, self-latching gate or door that has a positive-latching mechanism mounted at least 45” above the ground surface directly below the gate. Entrance gate must be able to self-close when opened 4” or more as measured from the gate latch to the latching mechanism.

The pool shall be maintained in alkaline condition at all times with pH level between 7.2-7.8. pH observed at 8.6. pH was brought down 6.8

Shepherd’s hook not properly attached to pole. COS- Shepherd's hook was screwed to pool by CPO.

No hot water observed in restrooms. No trash can in either restroom. 13-201(c)(3) 1 lavatory, with tempered water with a temperature range of 70°F to 104°F shall be provided for each 100 men or women. 13-201(j) An adequately sized, covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided in each men and women’s sanitary facility area.

Shower on pool deck does not shut off once turned on. 2nd shower head does not work at all. No hot water at shower deck. 13-201(b) a shower with tempered water with a temperature range maintained between 70°F and 104°F shall be provided at each approved entrance into the pool area. (Footbaths prohibited)
