13-196(a)(4) Each skimmer shall have a properly designed and operating weir. Observed weir is missing.

13-187(c) A copy of the pool operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit. Observed no CPO cert displayed.

13-202(i)-need Emergency Action plan. Observed no EAP was produced.

13-202(k) Pool shall be supplied with readily available first aid kit equipped to treat at least 15 people. First aid kit empty at inspection.
