Observed food handler cook philly cheese steak and then go to the reach in cooler to get raw steak meat and put on grill without changing gloves or washing hands. CA:Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles, When switching between working with raw food and working with ready-to-eat food.
COS: Food handler discarded gloves and washed hands. I have also provided a Spanish document for owner to train staff.
